Does anyone know the manufacturer of these linear tables?

Hi,

I was assigned the task of putting together an XY table using two parts that have been purchased years ago and nobody knows the manufacturer. They have a marking with logotype with the letters PM inside a target symbol. My first guess was Phoenix Mecano, but their logo is different and there is no match to the parts. My objective is to find the correct profiles, adapters, parts, etc. so I can assemble this.

Can anyone identify these?
