Hello
We have an Emcoturn 320 with Fanuc O-T control. Our machine was powered down for a while, upon restart we are greeted with alarms 417 and 427. One sheet inside the cabinet has some parameters listed but looks like we are still missing a lot more. We really want to revive this machine, the thing is solid. It was one of my favorite machines in the shop.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

I just bought a 320, I went looking for the sheet and hopefully a floppy backup disk. It was hard to find but behind the sheet in the plastic holder there was a disk! Maybe yours has the disk hiding in there. Just a thought.
If not I think you call Emco USA and they maybe able to help. I'm not sure though.
Then if you get back up and running I'm going to get the DNC Titan. Check them out. You can save the machine setup parameters to it as well as upload programs to and from it by USB drive.

I appreciate your response, unfortunately no luck on the disk for us. I called and emailed Emco, also no luck. They did not respond at all.

Thats to bad they wont help, I've read that someone had luck with contacting the European Emco office. Emco Europe sent him what he needed. I have several Emcoturn 320 documents that I can send you if you need them.
