RFQ: Waterjet or Laser cut rings

Hello,

I'd like to get these rings either waterjet or laser cut. They are ~11" OD and 9" ID. I'm looking at small quantities, most likely 15 at a time. The only critical dimension is the width of the slots. They just need to be bigger than .250". I drew them to .260". I'd like to price .090" 6061-T6 or 18ga 304 2B SS.

This is not the final drawing. I'm trying to see if this project is viable or not.
