Turret Sensor not work

need help!
pls help. My cnc Machine Turret Sensor not work. so how i remove it and replace it.

Would be handy if you gave more information such as machine type and turret

Is it 14/15T hall sensor in the four position turret?
If yes, then replace a new sensor could solve the problem.

Or if you are using it with Fanuc controller, you might need to add pull-up resistors.
