Help For a Nakamura Tome Slant 3BX

Hello to Everyone.

I have a Nakamura Tome Slant 3BX whit a Fanuc 11TTA/F whit FAPT, 4 axes.
This machine are down, and we have an EX50 error code, I like get in contact with people who know this machine or some similar. I in Bolivia south America, and there is no qualified technical service in my area ( at least no in the 1.000 miles area). So any help will be very appreciated, more info for the one who want help, [email protected], or here in the forum.

We are lookong for a techinician on CNC whit NAKAMURA knowledge, to come to Bolivia to fix this machine. VERY HURRY!!!!!!
