CNC operative saying there are random circles on the drawing.

Hi , i wanted to the dxf file attached to be cutted, but cnc operator said there are random circles on drawing as also shown in the pic. I have drawn it myself but i can not see any error on the drawing and as i can't see the problem , i am not able to fix this. If anyone has any idea what causes this, please help me! Thank you.

Look for a setting that says something like Arc Center Mode. When that is set incorrectly or doesn't agree with the G code it can cause the circles that you are seeing.
