Need help with Ports & Pins - motors not responding and/or not changing direction

Hello!
I'm trying to initially set up my router table. I've been able to get 2 motors to turn, however they only turn in one direction even when the numbers change on the Mach3 control page. They will slow down to a stop and speed back up again but they keep going in one direction. I have tried various Port and Pin configurations and I've been able to get all of the motors to turn at one point or another. But as I said, they only go in one direction when they work.

Is this just a matter of figuring out the right combination of ports and pins? or is there more I'm not seeing in the setup?
