Re: TNGv2 for Mac OSX
I noticed some bug. PlanetCNC does not have a program icon yet. A standard icon for programs will be displayed.
Another problem I have with the ethernet connection. I tried to connect the MK3 / 9 board via ethernet. But that does not work. The tutorial on Plant-CNC.com does not help.
What needs to be done in the network settings in OS X?
edit:
OK. I got it, I'm not sure but I think it was due to the wrong hardware configuration in the network settings under more options. There I have everything now set to Automatic.

Re: TNGv2 for Mac OSX
I've added icon. It will be in next release.
I have no troubles using network controllers. It is probably your network settings.

Re: TNGv2 for Mac OSX
Another problem is that the fullscreen mode does not work..

Re: TNGv2 for Mac OSX
Main menu and dock remain visible if they are not set to be hidden in system preferences. This is by design.

Re: TNGv2 for Mac OSX
I would prefer if the dock and the menu bar are hidden.

Re: TNGv2 for Mac OSX
Any Mac users have issues when start PlanetCNC getting a dialogue stating "There is a problem accessing settings file." . I followed the instructions for installing found at https://www.cnczone.com/forums/attac...0&d=1574429542 (and the Readme.txt file with the installer). I have done the chmod file permissions for the entire folder. I have tried placing the PlanetCNC folder in the applications folder as well as the Documents folder. As a result of this issue PlanetCNC will not save any settings, so it is non-functional at this point.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?
