Toyoda FA-550 with Fanuc 15M
We have a situation where after a power shut down where the machine was parked with B at 180. Will not zero return, even tried in single block to Index pallet, and it stops at M11--actually times out and Alarms. After going into the PC mode, you can see that at the PS1S switch is stuck open and doesn't allow the M11 to unclamp and raise table then index as needed to zero return-- Anyways is problem only happens with this pallet is inside, and previously it only happened when B is Zero--the fix before was to M90 and rotate pallet out, the back in, then the returned pallet would go up and down three times then clamp, alarm out---but ran fine after reset--- now the problem is B is stuck at 180. so you can't rotate pallets as he lug to grab pallet is facing away. I even tried M991 to override--but will not work with table, actually it shows moving on readout but will alarm out, and is not moving... any help would be appreciated

Its fixed, after removal of way cover on x axis, there are 3 pneumatic switches(PS1S) that have to close to allow the un clamp function M11, then rotate table to B0. then M10,Zero Return ECT.. after a small adjustment on one of the three, mach is good to go---It wasn't easy to get at it because the machine is totally enclosed.

We recently bought a used Toyoda FA 550 with fanuc 15m with alpha drives from UK.
When we power on this machine the system is not getting ready it shows this message:
