Help needed - XYZ miniturn 190 with Siemens 810d

Hi Guys,

I am new to the site and need some assistance with an xyz mini turn 190 that i have purchased. It runs Siemens 810D control.

I have spoken with the manufacturer, who are unable to help with electrical schematics. Has anyone got access to any?

When powered on, the machine boots and then displays the Siemens logo screen. It will not continue from this point and displays a message "waiting for NSK", i checked the simodrive unit at the rear of the machine and there appears to be a flash card slot which is empty. Should there be a card present?

Are there any other obvious things to look at that could cause this?

The hydraulic pump and cabinet cooler both come on when machine is powered up also.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
