ERROR CN28 Axis in alarm status?

Hello All,

Does anyone have a clue what this error means and how to fix it?

The program seems to start ok then stops and shuts down at exactly 10 feet into the -X axis. Flagging an error "CN28 Axis in Alarm Status". I'd press the reset button to remove the error message then Power on the CNC and continue the program. At that point, it will continue to proceed and finish the program. It keeps repeating this routine on every program that I run.
