Gmx 400 siemens d40D sub spindle program, milling

I.am a contract engineer, and have been asked to look at a GMX 400 Gildemeister, siemens 840D control.
The problem I am having is on the sub spindle, I want to A Trans or transform the axis so Z is pointing to main. Then I want to transmit, which uses Machine like X and c.

It takes code, the zs are correct so are the X
But the y seems to be mirrored.
Does anyone nave a standard layout of how a milling program layout would look.for this sort of operation.
