Saving eeproms for ladder of OM-A
Hello,
I have a fanuc OT-A from 1985, it works perfectly however i must save the ladder from the eeproms as i am worried that i will lose the ladder in case of a failure, it will be impossible to find data for this machine, so i must back it up.
Does anyone know how i can read the chips, ive heard any chip reader will work, but i am worried about the voltages that the programmer puts into the eeprom, im not sure, and if possible i would like some advice from the kind people here.
i am in the uk, so if you have any suggestions of which programmer i could buy here, i would appreciate it.
the eeprom is a "MBM2764-25"
Best regards

Hello,
Thank you very much. See attached.
They are in .BIN format, i can convert them to hex, they can be opened in any hex editor i believe, could you send me that converter?, i can run dos programs too.
Best regards
Re: Saving eeproms for ladder of OM-A
I have found the converters for PMC-L, PMC-M and PMC-N but they do not allow to open in Fladder II your ROMs. If you need it I can tell you link of keeping FLADDER II with these converters.

Re: Saving eeproms for ladder of OM-A
I attached archive with converter for PMC-L,M,N. The files from archive need place to root directory of FLADDER. Then will possible run the converters from FLADDER II striking F9 keys.
Sorry, for my merry english. ;-)
