I am looking for the program or method which can help me to machine this part on my machine.
Is it possible on my existing machine? the guys in the video species that he used macros!

You need the spindle angle controlled as an axis. "C" usually. Sure, the control should be capable to synchronize three axes at once: x, y, z.
The "Technical Specification" tab indicates very basic data, any details concerning axes control. What it means the line "System" which says Fanuc Oi TF; Siemens 828D and Mitsubishi E80 ?
I would browse the control settings to discover if there is C axis engagement.

Unless that is plastic using an insert like that at that speed on metal with that depth of cut -Dont think so
