Hurco TM6i toolpath graphics weirdness...
We 'inherited' a Hurco TM6i and a VM20i from another department that was closing down. I'm the lucky one who gets to get up to speed then train everyone else, mostly because I was the only one hardheaded enough to make out old janky Bridgeport mill and lathe run. The problem I'm having is when running the toolpath verification graphic, the z-zero of the stock is off by .500 or more. But, when I run the program, everything is correct. Any ideas or suggestions? I'm baffled, and I can usually fumble my way through things with a bit of research and just being stubborn. I'm sure I'll feel like an idiot when I figure it out. Thanks everyone.

Make your stock length equal to your Z part setup minus your chuck width.
