Importing tool offset values from a file?

I'm wanting to be able to import tool offset values from a file? How is that done with the Fanuc 0i control?

for the wear of the tool:
G10 P01 X 0.000 Z 0.000 R 0.000 Q0

for the geometry of the tool:
G10 P10001 X 0.000 Z0.000 R 0.000
