GCC Laser Pro Spirit CO2 Laser not initializing

Hello,

We have a GCC LaserPRo Spirit laser cutting/engraving system. It is rated for maximum 25W operation with CO2 laser.
The system is not initializing at all. As soon as we power it ON, it just displays "LCMFS Ver. 3.01-01'. The system does not initialize at all, and the system cannot be used. Previously it used to show GCC logo and the machine used to initialize to home position. I tried reaching out to the local distributor and GCC service team, but no reply from them.

I have checked the voltage from the SMPS, it is fine. Checked various connectors on the driver board.
Can someone help to troubleshoot the issue?
