I have a Fanuc Oc wire eroding machine where I am trying to cut a 20deg angle into 50mm thick alu, I am constantly getting a wire break at the back of the machine( which I find very strange as the wire break normally occurs at the bottom water nozzle) as the wire touches the job, has anyone got any Idea as to why this may be happening :)
