Old 01 Mori Seiki milling machine questions

So, my name is lazarusman, and I'm a machinist. Well, I'm still relatively new to machining... been doing it for 4 years. Went to trade school to learn it. I've taken a new position with an old school job shop. They have quite a few machines. Lots of fairly newer lathes, but only 3 mills, and they're all pretty old. The newest one is 20 years old. I'm having trouble with it. It's an 01 Mori Seiki vehicle milling machine. I can't recall the model number. My problem is, I can't figure out how to create a program file, and write a program, at the machine. It's not networked, and they have no system to upload programs. I guess I could write them on my laptop, and connect it to the machine, but I'd rather not do that, if I can avoid it. Any help would be appreciated
