problem with sheetcam and NCstudio

Hi guys,

Can anyone help me with my chinese plasma cutter?

I'm working with sheetcam and Ncstudio.

The problem is machine starts cutting a bit late so not cutting completely specially in small holes.

I attach my last cut and my settings. please have a look at the cut and tell me what the problem or problems would be.
