You might check out the maker space inside Science City at Union Station. I know they have a 4x8 router, but I'm not certain it's a CNCRP/Avid.

Looks like Science City Makerstudio has a shopbot.

I didn’t like my older Shopbot due to the table being below the rails. Also, for the cost of a Shopbot, I’d get a Camaster machine instead.
