Design a Coin in Artcam

Hi CNC lovers, this is my first post in this forum, am so excited and love to be a part of this community.

Now i am trying to design a coin like shown in the attachment of Donald Trump.
Am trying to make a similar coin using Melaine Trump.

Dont know how do i start in art cam or if this will be possible in art cam
