Help for attached error SINUMERIK 808D milling cnc

My machine had a different error so googled and found technician. He came and I think restred the backup etc.. and machine started giving this error. He charged me as well as he fixed previous error but got this error which he could not fix. Tried 2 more local people and they do not know as well.

Machine is cnc router for 2.4 x 1.2m sheets with 3 axis, x,y and z. When starts it can set the reference point but can not pickup tools and giving this error.
