Problem with printing out tool lists and run times

Long time (20 years) Surfcam user. Had a virus last week and now can't get the tool list and machining times to pop up so I can print them out. It acts like it is doing something, but nothing happens.
The printing function of the main screen and the posts are working just fine. Same problem with current version and all of the older versions, I checked. Any thoughts?

I think you have a problem with your web browser. This tool list open operations.cfg in your default browser.

Try changing the setup sheet style to classic - this is text only output - should confirm if it's an issue with your internet browser.
Tools>Options>Files>Setup Sheet
