Radius to end of arc differs from radius start

I am having trouble getting Mach3 to do a profile cut using Dolfincam. I get a Radius end of arc differs from radius start. I'm using the T_Mach3DCSS post processor. I'm cutting a ball on the end of a rod. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Change the IJ mode in General Config and see if that fixes things.
