Need help with a Roland Picza Pix 30 3-D Scanner

Hello,
If anyone here is experienced with a Roland Picza Pix 30 3-D Scanner . Probe type scanner. I would appreciate you helping me out with this question I have. I have scanned many items with this scanner and have had excellent results with it. For some reason I have lost the function where the screen shows the progress of the scan by displaying the sections already scanned until completion. Instead I now have a window that displays the amount of data received and the amount of scanning time that is left until completion. If you could lead me to somehow restore the function that I prefer I would be most grateful. I am attaching two images to show you what I am talking about.
