Does anyone have the schematics for the C23 bob? I've emailed Arturo and await a reply.
I want to try to troubleshoot my ailing C23 and figure out why pins 1 and 16 are not on speaking terms with Mach.
Thanks

does this help? http://cnc4pc.com/Tech_Docs/C23R3_1_USER_MANUAL.pdf
Tons of links here too: http://www.automationtechnologiesinc...cnc-board-rj45
I was hoping for the full board schematics but I may try, with the help of the block diagrams, to trace these offending circuits. I figure I'll need to pull and test individual components.
unless some one has reverse engineered the board ,
I don't expect any one has the C23 schematic
the manual has block diagrams for parts of the board
adding to the diagram for port 1's outputs this is what I expect :-
Attachment 313930
the port 1 output LED indicators for pins 1 & 16 will indicate when the relay coil is energised and closes the N/O contacts
Attachment 313932

Thanks, John. I figured it was a long shot. I'll tear into it sometime when I'm bored as I've substituted a C11G bob in place of the C23.
I still need to mount all my components and get them in the machine and design a counter weight for the Z axis as the new motor is significantly heavier than what it is replacing. I also have an old Jeep to trouble shoot and get running and I'm sure some other shiny objects will pop up to lure me away.
Cheers,
Sweeney
