4th axis indexing question

First I want to recomend the daly Email tutorials offered by GRZ , will miss them when thay end. My question has to do with 4th axis indexing , What I would like to do on a machine that is only in the design stage now is index the "c"axis to A drop a exacto knife make a cut , or several cuts then index the knife and make one or more cuts in a new direction , B the same basic thing but with a oxy -fuel torch set at a bevel , Will meshcams 4th axis indexing do this ? or am i missunderstanding things . and on a related question I am really at a loss how to handel a double beveled corner and not have the torch burn the peak of the bevel off . Just thought of a other question will the software be able to figure out the offset required for bevel cutting ?
