Two sources that I've engaged in the past for C5 ground screws are below. I can speak to the lower cost option (Terry Machinery), screw quality is good, end machining is good. I have not purchased from the other source. Good luck in sourcing your screws. I would recommend Terry Machinery.

Terry Machinery - about $200 for a 28 inch 2005 C5 ground screw with double nut with full end machining. Price did not vary much due to length so $200 per axis is about what you'll pay including UPS air freight from China. I spent $580 total to my door for 3 screws. Took about 5 weeks total from quote to receipt.

I cannot speak to quality on these, as I did not purchase.
