Hello!
I have cnc lathe Hyundai HIT-200M, it's on Sinumerik 840D.
I have to make turret reference, it's on Mitsubishi MRJ2S-100A servodriver, turret have absolute encoder so there's battery for hold on memory of zero position.
But battery was broken, and i have alarm at mitsubishi AL.90 which means "Home position return incomplete".
Anyone know maybe how to make reference of turret at this machine?

Found this one, but not sure for which controler it is.
Subject Turret Ref. Point in case wrong Position (HIT200-250M)
_ Machine power (Maschine Einschalten)
_ Move the Turret to pso 7 ( Revolver auf Position 7)
_Power off Machine (Maschine ausschalten)
_ disconnect Turret Mitsubishi AMPlifier cable TU,TV,TW and R13,S13,T13 and CN2(Enc) cable (nebst stehende Kabel loesen)
_Machine power on (Maschine einschalten
_EMG release and power on (Notaus schlater betättigen um Maschine einzuschalten)
_ push resetbutten and at Display appear T15 ( reset schalter betättigen and am monitor wechselt T7 zu T15)
_Alarm 700117 Turret Servo alarm appear (Alarm 700117 erscheint)
_push EMG Button (Not eindrucken)
_Machine power off (Maschine ausschalten)
_ connect Turret Mitsubishi AMPlifier cable TU,TV,TW and R13,S13,T13 and CN2(Enc) cable (nebst stehende Kabel wieder Klemmen)
_Alarm 16 at amplifier will apear, if not while booting disconnect and connect the Encoder cable CN2(ENC)!(Alarm 16 am Amlifier erscheint),
wenn kein Alarm16 erschent, dann Encoder Kabel während bootens einstecken und wieder abnehmen.

_Mode select Key to Ref. ( Mode schalter zu Ref.)
_reset ( reset schalter betättigen)
_Mill Tool orient ( Mill werkzeug orientieren)

_ input M16.7 (M16.7 eingeben)
_change (ändern

_ accept (übernahme)
_ unclamp the Turret (revolver losen)
_move the Turret manuel to pos 1 and clamp again (revolver zu position 1 manuel drehen und klemmen)
_ Machine power off (Maschine wieder auschalten)
_ Machine power on (Maschine wieder einchalten)
_ EMG release (Notaus loesen)
_ power on (Maschine einschalten)
_ Mode selection to REF. (Mode Key zu Ref Position drehen)
_push Single Block , Reset and Rapid Button at same time (drücke single Block,Reset und Rapid schalterzugleich)
_Tool select to Forward (FWD) (revolver schalter zu Vorwärts)
_push the Tool Select Button T15 will change to T1 (drücke nun den revolver schalter and T15 ändert sich zu T1.
