Is6000 control box

My Is 6000 stopped mid-job. The control box (not the remote) was making a high pitched sound. We called gravotech and they sent us a new control box. The new one won’t turn on. Gravotech seems to think it is the machine. However, I disagree. The old box will at least power on. The new box doesn’t make a sound. The fans don’t turn on and didn’t ever work. Has anyone ever had this issue. How was it resolved. The alternative is shipping this machine to GA or paying someone to come from GA to look at it.
