Fanuc error ALM and Batt

Hi everyone!


My name is Quoc, nice to meet all of you :)
I have any trouble with the ZR-431P Heian CNC machine, Fanuc O-M cotrol. That machine often stop working when Start or after 30 minute runing. When i check around, the Fanuc cotrol box show the red error lamps ALM and BATT. I has changed the 3V battery and 1.5V*3 battery (when the power ON) but the machine still error !!!
Please help me troubleshoot that machine.

there is a good chance that the master board is heating up and bending after 30 min of running, the connection to the black power supply unit toer master board is not making. try putting some foam behind the master board to psu connector to push out the board.

My machine now ready :)
Some chips on the mainboard were error, it can't connect to the battery. The error was fixed when i putting an Omron power supply DC5V input beside the battery.
