099 P/S ALARM FANUC 0M during ATC

Eumach machine with FANUC 0MC and umbrella type toolchanger.
The ATC uses a macro program O9001 to run the ATC sequence as well as the PMC.

099 P/S ALARM appears as soon as the carousel moves toward the spindle during the M06 sequence.

When the program is in single block, the problem appears when G30 Z0. command is read by the control in the macro.

Part of the program where the problem occurs:

099 P/S ALARM: MOVE COMMAND IN MDI AFTER PROGRAM RESTART

I deactivated the Program Restart option; ensured that G103.0 is OFF in the PMC and there is no "software switch" in the software operator's panel.

The problem appears in AUTO and MDI modes.

Please help or advise.

Hi

Did you find any solution for the above probelm.
Please let me know as I am also facing simillar problem.
In my case PS090 pops up as soon as M6 is about to finish.
In my case there is no O9000-O9999 program in machine, same was checked by taking program backup with NE9 off.
There is no macro cassette in the motherboard.
M6 is controlled by ladder only.
Please let me know if you found any solution for the same.

I have same problem with my Bridgeport A type CNC Milling Machine with Fanuc OM control. I have no ATC Macro. Please help
