I have same 914 alarm on my Takisawa Tap center OM FANUC
I have lost memory due to low battery, but now I’m getting 914 alarm, if I reset memory
920 watchdog alarm comes up..
Could you share if I have to buy some chips?

What is the Master PCB part number?
Since you have a 914 alarm, probably the master pcb is the problem.
I hope you have a backup of all the parameters.

I do not want the motherboard reference number. i need the ram reference ... something like TMM2089.
If someone can post a better quality photo, maybee it is readable.

Most likely it involves one or more of the chips in the two rows in top middle (below MADE IN JAPAN FANUC ). If they are socketed, it/s easy to replace.
