Need help with 4ax post for Fadal format 2

I am using a Fadal in format 2 with a VH5C rotary in X axis. Using Mastercam X5. I have several different posts, but cannot get any of them to output the rotary code to do a simple 4th axis job. Using the "rotary 4 axis" toolpath set to axial cut so it will index the rotary between cuts in the X direction.
I have been through the machine and control defs as well to no avail, cannot get the output for the A axis. The tool looks great in backplot and verify but the code is always erroneous. The X coded location is output correctly, but Y and Z are bad.
