HUANYANG INVERTER AND SPINDLE SET UP
Need help. I have a Huanyang HY01D511B 110V 1.5 KW, 800W, 5A, 400 HZ, 24000 RPM water cooled spindle. This is not like those posted in other blogs/threads. I did not wire this. It came wired with 3 prong plug 110v/1.5kw from inverter to wall and then 4 prong screw fitting to spindle.
I enter the following and press run and error code E.O.C.A. comes up and spindle just clicks.
PD01 =0
PD02 =0
PD03 =400
PD04 =400
PD05 =400
PD07 =20
PD08 =220 (120 if you have 120v VFD on some threads I've tried both and 110)
PD09 =15
PD10 =8
PD11= 120
PD13= 8 (Only use if factory resetting)
PD14= 12
PD15= 12
PD141= 220 (120,... SAME AS PD08)
PD142= Motor max amps = 5Amps I'm guessing and have put that in each time
PD143= 2 (Its a single phase not triple, so guessing its 2 poles- can't find anything stating different)
PD144= 3000 (400HZ=24,000 so 50HZ=3000) Saw that on another thread.
PD70= 0
PD72=400
PD73= 120
That is all I have entered in the inverter. I have reset to factory settings twice and entered each one and double checked. Always the same answer--E.O.C.A and can't operate my new CNC. Help... please.

The VFD Drive is 3Ph output not single Phase , the only part that is single Phase is the input power, ( 50Hz=3000 this is incorrect and has nothing to do with your spindle or your VFD settings )
The parameter settings are correct, depending on what the spindle motor voltage is, if it is 110v then the PD08 and PD041 must be set at the spindle Voltage
E.O.C.A. is not a good fault to see, as it could mean that the spindle is damaged, check the spindle windings with your meter
Pin 1-2
2-3
3-1
and 4 to Ground or spindle body
Also post a photo of the input power wiring
