Anyone got this Mach3 Screenset?

Hi all ive been wanting this mach3 screenset for a while however im unable to contact george(the creator) and the download link on his site has been down for some time, does anyone have it, its called simplemill.

"SimpleMill is a simple three axis screen set for Mach3."
