Hello guys,
can someone recommend me some tool for ER20 for milling V groove into aluminium 5083.
I need to mill deeper 120° in few passes and do not want to flip material in angle.
I have only chamfer, I assume that it is not ideal tool for it, I would appreciate any picture what should I look for...

What angle of vee ?
Can you put the part at an angle, and use a standard tool ?
... ie set at 45° and use an end mill for a 90° vee.
... same idea but use a dovetail cutter for 30° or 60°.
... use a taper tool, made to the required vee angle. Problem with this is the point goes to 0°, so feeds will be slow, ie about 0.001/rev

They sell mill drills with this point angle, feed would be VERY slow, but no need to re fixture

Its just flat material and need V groove 120° without rotating on vice.
Drill mill suits my needs, but what I have found, that these drill mills
are all made in USA ? They are little bit pricy. Cannot find some seller in Europe...
