I have C10 breakout board and KL-4030 drivers. I did connect everything as specified in the wiring diagram and now when I try to move the motors they won't turn. They lock after the power is applied but won't move when using Mach 3.

Can you provide some more info?
What are the jumper settings that you are using on the C10? Which wiring diagram did you follow? What are your DIP switch settings on the KL-4030? What power supply are you using? What motors are you using?
