numc_board sys_fail . Error on Hitachi Seiki VK45-2

Hi Guys,

having troubles with my Hitachi Seiki VK45-2 with Seicos control. The control does not start up saying NUMC_BOARD_SYS_FAIL . Then it shows "table checksum failed". I assume that the problem is in control board and already called for a fellow guy who specialise in cnc controls but maybe some of you already have gotten such an error ?

could be the board itself, the NUMC are faulty at times. If you are getting this alarm randomly you can try to re-seat the NUMC and see if its a connection issue. Try that and report back

Just got back to the shop. Had reset NUMC and SPHC boards and do not know what to do further - it's just sends these errors (on attached photo) and i cannot clear them and go further than that screen (i assume that i need to set all the parameters back but cannot proceed to that menu)

do you mean you replaced the boards? If so you need to regenerate the data and reenter it, its not a hrad process. Please confirm if you did in fact replace the boards

Hi, I mean that I just drained a battery (condensers) on purpose to clear all parameters on these boards.
