dll version does not match firmware version

I have a Chinese laser, and recently had to disconnect my 6525A controller. Everything was working fine, but now when I turn on the machine, the y movement seems fine, but the x movement moves, but whines and seems like a setting is incorrect. I ran the mpc05ver+m05.exe from the lasercut folder, and these are the results

Version of DLL 4.1.2.2
Version of Firmware 4.3.1.5
Version of Hardware 4.3.1.1

I am a novice at this, but not sure is I need to update my software, or the Firmware. I did reinstall the lasercut software, but it did not make any difference. Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this issue, along with specific steps ?
