For BA30-320-S ,how to quickly and correctly adjust 4 potentiometer

For BA30-320-S servo amplifier, there are 4 potentiometers on the panel, while X axis and y axis run imbalance and while drawing horizontal line on the laser cutting ,ths line always bends and bend allowance is great than 0.03mm,
now how to adjust servo amplifier manual potentiometer to ensure X axis and Y axis to keep a dynamic balance.
my supplier told me that we need to use oscillograph to adjust,but I don't know how to adjust. so I hope aerotech specialist can tell me how to do.
