Control 810D Siemen cnc Machine VMC how to set offset spindle Orientation position
Hi Every One
During tool change spindle is not at basic orientation position the deference is approximately 120 degree
How can fixed the position or error
any idea

Go into CNC ISO page, MENU SELECT - STARTUP/SETUP - SET PASSWORD (SUNRISE) - MACHINE DATA - AXIS MACHINE DATA / AXIS MD (select spindle using vertical AXIS + / AXIS - keys), search for 34090(0) and add / subtract offset to figure already in there working on 0 as a minimum, 360 as a maximum), press input then vertical key SET MD ACTIVE. Power down, re reference, check spindle orientation, adjust and repeat until it's right.
