Hello everyone, is there a specialist in this control on the forum? The machine has not been used for long time, after connecting the computer does not connect to the controller.
Pc connection with the controller via Ethernet, software WinNBI.
I can see the computer sends packets to the machine but nothing comes from the machine, before disconnecting everything worked, no changes were made to settings, etc., please give me some hints.

A system anomaly is an indication that the controller is going bad. Usually, it starts out where it will happen every once in a while and you can reboot and get rid of it. However, it will continue to get worse and worse, until it just doesn't boot anymore. It is best to get it replaced before it stops booting. Also, go into Setup mode and take a backup so that if it does quit working, you have something to use to restore a new controller.

That is CMOS battery down. Need to replace. I have same problem But I can't find the battery. We disassembled the computer but there is no battery on the board. Intermac said only they could replace it, because it was built into the electrical circuit.Attachment 465550 The battery is here. Attachment 465552 Look in TABLE for backup fail to restore. Attachment 465558

We changed m48z128y-85pm1 but after restart /we made recovery first/ problem is the same DUAL PORT HAS BEEN RESET

Based on its description, the HD042 DUAL PORT IS RESETED! But in Osai 10/510, the computer is not connected to the controller. Please help with what else to set up on the device. Another machine that is working fine, I can't enter the BIOS because it is password protected. If you can send a Password to enter the BIOS.

In the Osai 10/510, the computer is not connected to the controller. Currently the message DG021 Dual port error and system stopped is displayed. Please help me to see what else needs to be set up on the device.

Hello, Did you ever get this sorted out? I just bought a CNC with an osai controller. I started it up and the boot launch program connected with the cnc automatically. The next time I went to turn the cnc on, it would not connect. I’m thinking it is an ip issue but any thoughts or tips would be very helpful and appreciated.

Connection between Osai 10 controller and a a normal pc can be made using an netbeui protocol - this protocol is not updated... your pc need to have XP as OS :)Quote:

Hello It looks like this is a popular subject however I have a cnc router and am not able to connect the software to the machine I used cnc usb software and can manually move the machine with the computer but it's old software and I'm not able to update it. I tried downloading new software but it doesn't connect to my USB software and doesn't detect machine. I greatly appreciate help with this issue.
