Need help in getting the tool number to match the pocket number on carousel.
I have had this happen twice now on my Sharp machine. I have tool 5, want it in empty tool 4 spot, put in "M6 T4" with the tool in the spindle, decides it is going to carousel location 2 (which has a tool in it) and CRASH!
From what I have been reading, it seems to be a common issue with these machines.
Mine runs a FANUC controller.
Sorry, not much help. It's not just you though.
