Trumpf WS4000 encoder defective ERROR!

Hi, All!

We have Trumpf WS4000 WaterJet machine, 3 weeks ago, we gets that error (P2-Fault ENCODER DEFECTIVE), This error work very strange!!! She may appear when machine going to home, but if procedure was good, and then we move X-axis on diffent speeds, we offen gets this error.


Question:
How understand, where generates that error? Guilty motor, driver, cable or all this?

We check the cable, disassembled motor and driver, and nothing!!!! All parts good!!! But machine don't work!

HELP !!! PLEASE!!!
