I use BobCad-Cam to drill small holes in Alumina Ceramics for use in Photo-lithography, so use Z Axis. Randomly my patterns will start out correctly placed but the step will slowly grow further apart, till the holes don't match up to my mask. Some of my patterns will line up perfectly fine. There are hundreds of holes and thousands of lines of code, it's super time consuming to find the error.
