Need advice! Biesse error code PLC 9000 during toolchange.

I have a Rover S1.30 and have recently bought new tool holders. We just recently purchased the machine and had to cycle/clean the electrospindle a bit to get it moving fluidly. Now, after installing the new carousel arms and toolholders. The machine can pickup at a perfectly level point but when it goes back to drop the tool off in the carousel, we get an error. The first two are due to Incorrect air pressure and Low air pressure for the cone closing. After these, we get a PLC 9000 Machine data reading error.

I have checked all sensors, all loading points. I have checked all air pressures, adjusted each to nominal ranges. The tool locking sensor has been jumpered to allow the electrospindle to bypass the sensor controlled by the air flow gauges. Nothing is working. Any ideas?

What kind of Error msg?
You can find it with log analyzer program.
