I have an EX21 power supply with a A320-D wire machine. The V axis motor gets hot. The motor was tried on the Y axis servo controller and is working OK. The V axis servo amp was sent out and repaired then sent to sodick to be reprogramed. The problem did not go away. I have ordered a another servo box from Sodick on the chance the amp box was not repaired properly. The servo motor makes a strange noise and the shaft keeps cycling back and forth. Anyone have an ideas that may be helpful???

please mention type of motor usd for V axis, ( stepper or AC servo Yaskawa) also V axis tried on Y axis ...????? i do not get it... what is YOM of your machine ?

when it is loading it stops on (system loading 12/100) and show red message:
(SYS2 version up install
Insert the floppy disk in the USER side ,press the any kay.)
