Yasnac/Matsuura parameter specifying Z? HELP!!

Hi Everyone,
A few days ago our Matsuura MAM500 with Yasnac control had a problem with the Z Zero function in that it overtraveled intermittently. I had service techs in to look at it but of course it refused to overtravel for them. Since the original overtravel events any Z axis move would crash viciously if I let it go. I was lucky in that the first time it out was making a G31 move with the probe, so it stopped with no harm done. Looking at the distance to go value it is about 10 inches farther than what it should be. It is as if it has an incorrect number in whatever parameter specifies the difference between home and the centerline of the Pallet. My question is, how can I find out which parameter this is? I have a list but it is poorly translated from Japanese.
